Bloom is Newground’s graduate program. Participants join one of the companies and work as consultants from day one, while developing alongside peers across the alliance.

From the start, participants are part of consulting teams and client projects. In parallel, they take part in shared training and mentoring designed to build a strong foundation in specialist consulting.
